.SIS by Spijkers & Spijkers ‘Lucky Thirteen’ A/W 2013. 

AFW is still going on for two days and I’m loving every minute of it. I also attended the show of SIS by Spijkers & Spijkers, a Dutch brand from two twin sisters (Truus and Riet). The collection was rock and roll with a funky twist. Polka dots and winking eyes on the catwalk, such a lively and fun show as always. I absolutely LOVED the suits with a super slender cut, chic but still powerful. If it were up to the sisters I think light purple is THE colour for the beanie next winter, great how they combined it with this bright brown colours and prints. One of my favourite items was also the long overcoat with leopard kind of fabric you can see in the pictures above. Would be perfect for over your party dress in winter! Extremely sophisticated collection with a big wink to the 50′s college culture. More shows will be coming up soon so make sure you check in once in a while!
